Nicola Sturgeon announces the proposed date for indyref2 : "19 of October 2023" // Nicola Sturgeon anuncia a data proposta para indyref2 : 19 de outubro de 2023 #Indyref2 #ClaimofRight4Scotland #Scotland #Escocia
Pleased the strategy I’ve advocated for has now been adopted & the legality of a @scotparl #indyref2 bill will be tested in court with a fallback position. Important to note that the political mandate to hold #indyref2 is already won. https://t.co/2OtCNVvlNW

The independence referendum will be consultative and a majority 'yes' vote will not make Scotland independent. Legislation would need to be published by both UK and Scottish government to then make Scotland independent. Question as in 2014 and date would be 19th October 2023.
